ATLANTA – Greta Van Susteren’s new show, Full Court Press with Greta Van Susteren, will begin airing on Gray Television, Inc. stations and InvestigateTV on weekends beginning in September.
The weekly program will focus on politics and national events and their effects on local communities. Van Susteren will incorporate interviews with newsmakers, roundtable discussions and reports from local stations around the country. The show will also feature content from InvestigateTV’s national investigative team.
Van Susteren has previously worked at Fox News Channel, MSNBC and CNN.
Her new show will air in Gray’s 93 television markets, as well as on stations in Chicago and Milwaukee. The company said it anticipated the show may be picked up by other stations as well.
“We believe viewers will embrace Ms. Van Susteren’s firm but tough approach with elected and other leaders to bolster the trusted, quality news our viewers already depend upon,” said Gray Chairman and CEO Hilton Howell Jr. in a news release. “Our goal is to provide critical information without bias to allow viewers to form their own opinions and reach their own decisions by exploring all sides of a complex issue.”
Gray also announced that in August the company will launch a website and streaming app called “Full Court Press-Overtime,” which will feature extra interviews and other bonus content.
